Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or refund. 

Before returning any merchandise, please fill out the "Returns" paper you received in your package. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for credit and or exchange. Personal wear items such as bras, socks, undergarments, and swimwear cannot be returned. Jewelry and sale items are Final sale and also can not be returned.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Store Credit;
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we do have your merchandise. After we have notified you on your merchandise, our returns department with go through the returns process and notify you on the status of your store credit or refund.


If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and an in-store credit or refund will be issued to you. This store credit is good for online shopping only.

Exchanges;
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event of an item not fitting properly, we will exchange it with the understanding that you pay return shipping. We cannot and do not guarantee the same item will be available in the size you need; however, we will issue a store credit you can use towards the purchase of a different item. Shipping;

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
