Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow additional processing time during holidays or busy seasons. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes, combine orders, or cancel it.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving your order. Pretty Please Boutique offers exchanges or store credit only. We do not offer refunds. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of makeup, deodorant, smoke, or damage, and must have original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
Items discounted 30% or more are final sale. Jewelry, bras, socks, swimwear, and other personal items are also final sale.
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery and returned within 7 days.
